A weekend of celebrations marking the client's ordination and first mass, with a formal dinner for 220 guests followed by a summer lunch for 400.
Planning started 10 months before in person and due to the client's busy commitments in Rome, continued online and via phone calls. Clare managed the project from initial planning through to delivery, bringing together guest management, invitations, RSVPs, suppliers, production, catering and event logistics across two very different occasions.
The celebrations combined a sense of occasion with relaxed summer entertaining, from an elegant evening dinner and speeches to a garden lunch with Italian antipasti, Irish home-cured salmon, artisan ice creams and live entertainment.
